We provide detailed photos of what makes a good impression in your kit. Every impression is reviewed by our team before production.
Don't worry about it! Please send all impressions back, and if we need another set from you, we'll let you know. Hopefully we can use what you send us to produce your order to fit your teeth.
You'll mail back all 4 of your impressions in the box they came in. Simply place them in the box, seal it with the sticker, and drop it off in any mailbox or USPS drop box. The shipping label is already attached to the other side of the box.
The most important thing is to mix the putty thoroughly until it's one consistent color with no streaks. If you notice streaks or the colors aren't fully blended, start over with a new set of putties.
Once we receive your completed impressions, we'll let you know right away if they look good to our team. If not – we can send you another impression kit, and give you additional tips on getting good impressions.
If you've ordered aligners or an aligner impression kit, you'll need to submit smile photos and complete your dental history form in the Patient Portal. These steps are essential to create your customized treatment plan and must be completed before we can begin designing your aligners.
